group-pics-webFor a yet another year Post 16 results have improved at Tonypandy Community College. This is the first year that students have completed the Welsh Baccalaureate at Advanced level and the results are outstanding, giving students additional UCAS points with equivalence to an A grade at A level.

There has been an increase in the number of A grade certificates and we are very pleased to see students achieving the newly introduced A* grade
(Owen Lloyd and Natasha Stone)

Nearly 90% of Year 13 students achieved Level 3 Threshold and the average UCAS point score has increased substantially.

We are very pleased with student performance and congratulate them all.

Special congratulations to Owen Lloyd who has the best A Level certificate and will take a place at Merton College, Oxford. Well Done
