Students and staff at Tonypandy Community College are enjoying a boost at breaktime!

A new activities programme has been introduced at the College during the lunch break called “Boost”.

The many activities on offer help to improve their lifestyle and wellbeing. These include games club, quiz, chess, cards, eco club and chill out.

Staff are also participating in the programme by taking part in Active 10. The scheme involves a brisk walk for 10 minutes per day to improve their health and wellbeing.

There is also a 5k Beginners Running Programme and a Function Fitness class every week.
