A group of year 11 students following a BTEC science qualification become forensic scientists for a morning. As part of their assignment work a crime scene was set up in school and the group which included, Molly Facey, Becky Llewellyn, Chelsea Middle, Andrew Rees, Emma Sergison, Anthony Smallman, Bethan Smith and Ben Willis worked together to gather evidence to help solve a crime.
Tuesday 17 September year 11 arrive to find lab 9 cordoned off.
Their job is to document and process the evidence. Gloves on the team start work.
Now that the scene has been documented and the evidence preserved the team can now set to work analysising the data to help the police catch the perpetrator.
