Students in year 7 took part in a Ugandan Day on Thursday 9th May.

During the day students were able to taste a variety of traditional African foods, take part in a African drum work shop as well as creating themed art work.

The day started with a presentation by Yr12 students who visited Mbale during February half term  and followed with a  carousel of the activities on offer. Thanks you to Dewi and Alex for  sharing their experience with the younger students.

A selection of photos reflecting our links with Uganda were interpreted into a  bespoke piece of art work which has pride of place just off reception.

A great day was had by all.
