Key Stage 3 Mentoring Day

Last Friday the College held a very successful KS3 Mentoring Day. Attendance was excellent and feedback from parents was very positive.
If any parents would like either a follow up visit or to discuss students progress further, please contact Mrs K Phillips for Year 7 or Mrs H Amos for Year 8 and 9.

Year 11 Reports

Reports will be with parents on Friday 5th February. Parents are encouraged to return the reply slip with comments, in order to ensure we are providing quality reports to parents. All slips should be returned via students to Form Tutors.

Attendance remains a priority for the last 2 weeks of term.
Our Friday attendance focus remains in place and all students absent without valid reason on Fridays will be contacted and may receive a house visit.
Attendance on Fridays is improving and must reach the levels attained on Monday-Thursday.

Transition Tuesdays

Last Tuesday over 100 Year 5 and 6 students attended the College and engaged in a range of activities.
This very innovative transition strategy is very effective and popular with students. Friendships are formed by students that support ‘smooth’ transition from Primary School to the College. We look forward to a similar level of attendance this Tuesday.
